Defective Items
30-Day Return Policy: If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please retain all original packaging and accessories.
Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return for a defective item, please provide a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
Non-Defective Items
Return Eligibility: Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
Unopened and Unused: The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Original Packaging: All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
Return Fees: For non-defective returns, a 10% restocking fee may apply. Additionally, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process

Obtain a Return Authorization: You will be provided with a return authorization number (RA).
Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and a copy of the return authorization.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service representative.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy conditions. If eligible, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
